Founded in 1993 fully funded by China Eastern Airline Group with registered capital of 50 million RMB.

According to the subsidiary integration strategy of China Eastern Airline Group in 2002, China Eastern Airline Shareholding Company bought 45% of the total share and founded the China Eastern Airline Exp&Imp Corp afterwards with registered capital rising to 80 million RMB. The main business scope covers import-export agent for aviation parts, logistic service, customs brokerage, bonded warehousing and consignment, product export, inland trade and freight forwarding agent.
We dedicate to establish and improve the brand of ‘China Eastern Customs Brokerage’, ‘China Eastern Logistic’, ‘China Eastern Bonded Warehousing’ in order to realize the business structure namely ‘Aviation Part related business as the Center, Integrate Import-Export Business, Accomplish Whole-set Supply Chain Operation’.

Up to the end of 2006, the total asset of the company was 1.319 billion RMB with net asset of 168 Million RMB. Annual Revenue was 277 million RMB with gross profit of 45.18 million RMB. The total volume of import and export of 2006 added up to 1.9 billion dollars.

Awarded as Model unit of Shanghai Municipal Government in 2003 and of China Eastern Airline Group in 2004.

Awarded as model unit both of China Eastern Airline Group and Shanghai Municipal Government in 2005.
